• Bottles will be dispatched to the delivery address provided

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

6. Whisky Casks – Ownership & Storage

6.1 Bonded Storage

All casks are stored in HMRC bonded warehouses, meaning:

• Duty and VAT are suspended
• Whisky remains under warehouse control

6.2 Ownership Transfer

Ownership transfers when:

• Full payment is received
• A Delivery Order (DO) or equivalent documentation is issued

6.3 Storage & Costs

The buyer is responsible for:

• Ongoing storage fees
• Insurance (if applicable)
• Any future movement or regauge costs

Unless otherwise stated, storage terms may vary by warehouse.

7. Investment Disclaimer – Whisky Casks

Whisky casks are speculative investments.

By purchasing a cask, you acknowledge:

• Values may increase or decrease
• Past performance is not a guarantee of future returns
• The market for casks can be illiquid

8. Returns & Refunds

9. Risk & Natural Maturation

Whisky casks are natural products and subject to:

• Evaporation loss (angel’s share)
• Changes in ABV and volume (RLA/OLA)
• Variation in flavour and quality

These are normal characteristics and not defects.
